The human soul is not correctly shaped to take full advantage of such power. This artifact partially corrects this flaw -- as much as She Who Lives in Her Name deemed necessary for her prophet, for though fully empowering all her servants is within her ability, it is her nature to use only the minimum force required. For a 2m cost per use, it increases his telekinetic dexterity (plus Accuracy) and strength (plus damage) by his Essence. It also removes it's weakness to desolid beings and objects at no cost.
