Groo is not the sharpest knife in the... place where they keep the knives. But he's strong, and can take a serious beating, so he's good to have around in a fight.
Most minotaurs are very good at finding their way through the most labyrinthine areas. Groo is... not. The complete lack of any sense of direction may run in his family; he's not really sure, since he hasn't seen them in quite a long time.
Recently, he in Droaam, and was hired for a guard job in Black Pit. On his way there, he somehow ended up in Aundair. He figures he may as well hang out with these people in Finder's Keep, especially the pretty dragon lady.
