Cecily Masterson is the younger sister of Ruprecht Masterson. She was the damsel in distress in Season 1, Episode 1. She is of slight build and constitution and spends much of her days in relative peace and quiet at the Masterson estate. With no ambitions other than the marry above her station, she lives the good life.
