Nicolai is Tremere Pontifex of the Central Order of the United States, and resides of over the entire American Midwest. He was embraced as a 10-year-old boy, but is one of the oldest Tremere in existence.

Canon Differences[]
Nicolai is less of a manipulated tool in my campaign, and more of a frightening creature a Tremere Lord should be. He socializes less than the book version, seldom seen except during city-wide emergencies -- he lets Abraham DuSable represent him in most instances when a public Tremere presence is needed. He also isn't so calm and controlled behind closed doors -- he is a demented scientist that giggles with child-like glee as he dissects captured werewolves and other supernatural oddities. He seems to have taken a liking to Dyliana Carter, which is good in the short run but might prove dangerous considering his uncontrollably violent temperment when displeased.
