Location: Approximately 500 miles west of the Heptagram, and 100 miles north of the coast.
Number of Students: 30 at any time.
Number of Faculty: 20
Number of Resident Performers: 30 (Note: Some members of the faculty are also resident performers)
Length of study: Minimum six years
Cost: Deferred if Dragon-Blooded or Sponsored, else one talent per six months
Quality of Education: Has been likened on more than one occasion to "As if the Heptagram taught the arts, as if (name of the war college) was learned in the social graces."
