Kobolds are small reptilian humanoids who take great pride in their relationship (however distant) to dragons.
Description[]
The average kobold is about 3 feet tall, with a scaly hide ranging in color from rust red to murky green to nearly black, a reptilian head, and a stiff tail used for balance. Their forepaws are dextrous and very much like human hands, allowing them to build complex structures and even clever booby traps to ambush unwary adventurers who dismiss kobolds as stupid lizards.

All kobolds speak Draconic, through their speech is rapid and sharp, like the yapping of small dogs. Some kobolds also learn Common.
