Episode Summary[]

The Talent Team is dispatched to a Sugar Refinery that has been taken captive by a gang of unionized workers. These workers are disgruntled by the fact that Sugar has been "made essential to the war effort" and thus rationed. The police and FBI were dispatched to the scene, but it soon became clear that a group of Talents were involved in the riot and takeover of the refinery.

The team (after meeting one of Deja Vu's rivals in the FBI team) sneaks into the building through the sewers. They narrowly avoid some booby traps underground, and proceed to figure out what is going on inside the building.

The team meets a teleporter, a talent who can create statues instantly out of the ground, an electricity-based talent, and a time-manipulator. The Teleporter and the Time-Manipulator get away, but the other two talents are recruited.
