Episode Summary[]
The Talent Team was dispatched to sunny Surrey, Idaho, where reports of a Talent named Dynamo has surfaced in the local newspaper. He apparently was a local boy who manifested incredible Talent powers (including flight, the ability to create defensive force fields, and manipulate bolts of stunning force) and has returned to the town to "fight crime and battle evildoers." The government agents were unable to convince him to join the Talent program, and thus the Talent Team was sent as a backup.
It turns out that Dynamo was actually running the unusual "organized crime" presence in Surrey, Idaho. He was manipulating a group of thugs to make himself look like an all-american comic book hero, while avoiding any real responsibilities that being a hero entails. The Talent team was able to uncover the conspiracy and recruit Dynamo.
