This old Dispatcher with the Russo-American blood in his veins has worked with the F.O.R.C.E.S. for seventeen years, making him one of the seniors in the Squad "Family". Logan has more experience than most of the members, giving him more respect within the community in Rocksford. During his childhood, the Mercenaries bombed his hometown and killed his mother and disabled his father. Ever since, he has been working to get revenge by protecting others. He always dispatches the more experienced squadsmen in the group, so he is another key to the F.O.R.C.E.S.'s mission success roll. He and Dr. Skull have been like brothers in the team ever since Logan met Skull. Now, they are practically brothers, Logan inviting Skull to dinner sometimes, and them going to the bar on some nights. Rumor has it amongst the squad that Logan is the only one that knows Skull's true face.
