A great iron block -- set in stone -- this manse is covered in tiny Old-Realm lettering, a flawless and detailed record of the history of the province in which it rests, accurate up to the end of the First Age. It takes a skilled geomancer to even know that it's a manse, nothing obviously magic about it, although it is more resistant to damage and age than iron should be. There is a village nearby, but they leave it be, believing it to be the tomb of a faerie sorcerer, forged from cold iron so as to contain his vengeful spirit.
