Order and the superficial appearance of order are not the same thing. An Infernal with this charm understands the difference between a truly ordered society and one that is being stifled under petty rules and regulations. Sometimes, as a jet of Pure Chaos may allow the wyld shaping of a wondrous artifact, a stagnant society must be shaken up to allow a higher order to emerge. As long as his actions ultimately serve the existing order, the Infernal does not receive limit for opposing the existing order in any specific instance. For instance, he would not receive limit for starting a riot if that riot's purpose was to convince a reluctant governor that his foolish policies will eventually lead to revolution. When using the Constructive Convergence of Principles, this understanding of the nature of order and chaos eliminates many wasteful expenditures that enforce order where it is not required. The area he is in always counts as one step "More Wyld" than it really is. The bordermarches would count as the middlemarches, for instance. This charm does not allow the use of Constructive Convergence of Principles in Creation if the Infernal does not already have that ability, though once he gets it, it does make shaping in Creation easier. It also does not prevent shaping in Creation from being a Blasphemy.
