KainNiemand 15:43, 6 Sep 2005 (UTC)

copyrighted material[]

I'm looking for a wiki site to put notes and reference stuff for my play-by-post game, as the pbphouse wiki is gone with their recent server move and may not come back, and this site looks like a good fit. In the About page it warns to not post copyrighted materials. I'm running a published adventure and would like to put (modified) maps here for the players to see, so I'd like to know if doing that would be allowed. Any thoughts, comments or official positions on that?

Thanks! Rob 17:50, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

I have a similar question. I just realized what this wiki is about, and how awesomely wonderful it could be for my campaigns... but then realized that my D&D campaign uses some material from Forgotten Realms, my Marvel Super Heroes campaign uses some established Marvel characters, etc. Where does one draw the line? Copyrighted images bad, personal stats writeups OK?
