RPG

Richard Price is an Agent of the United States Secret Service. Currently, he has a cover job as a janitor of the Chicago Inquisitor newspaper. He assigns missions to the PCs from the supply closet.

In Season 2, Richard Price is moved from the United States Secret Service to the OSS (precursor to the CIA), occupying a secret liaison post within the OSS that deals with Talent operations. While he is no longer the handler for the team (and thus has seen a vast reduction in the amount of paperwork that he was forced to fill out in Season 1), he is a valuable contact and resource for the Talents while they are operating in the Pacific Theater.

Brad Pitt from "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button"

Richard Price looks young for his age, with thin-rimmed black glasses, neatly trimmed black hair, and blue eyes. He is a young field agent who almost did not get assigned any important duties due to the seniority of his fellow Agents. He is patriotic to the core, and earnestly believes in both his mission and his country. He is selfless and intelligent, and he is an invaluable contact for the PCs.

He often looks exasperated and overworked in Season 1, and he occupied a desk that was constantly burdened with large stacks of paperwork, making him appear to be more of a clerk than a field agent. What started as a one-man handler job quickly turned into far more work than one agent can handle, as the rising number of identified Homeland Talents overwhelmed the team.

In Season 2, he was transferred to the OSS, where he is apart from the Talent team, but remains their main contact in Washington D.C. He no longer has to deal with the huge stacks of paperwork, which is mercifully distributed among many other field agents, and thus is much happier with his promotion.
