"Oh, so the 'Biker Boy', am I? Well, it seems the 'Biker Boy' has still got some tricks up his sleeve, old man!"
Scott was born in 1979. He lived a happy and rich life with his father in California for 17 years. When he went to High School, he met who was to become his lifetime friend, Leon D. Mathias. They studied together but later moved to different states upon University. Scott's father died during his time at the University. Scott later moved to New York City, getting to know and familiarize the art of firearms by going to shooting ranges on some nights, and going hunting with the newly met James Silas. When James moved to Rocksford, Scott went with him, and to his surprise, James was in the same group as old friend Leon. Almost a day later, Scott went to the F.O.R.C.E.S. building and signed up, reuniting the "Biker Boy" (As Leon calls him because of his affiliation with the Croc Bikers) with his old friend. With his expertise in vehicles and piloting, Scott finds the quickest routes to the mission grounds, making him another asset and reason why the F.O.R.C.E.S. never fail.
